We offer a wide range of music options, so it really depends on what you’re looking for! Options range from bands with 5 to 12+ members, or on the smaller side we even have solo DJs and small ensembles available for your Phoenix or Scottsdale wedding. Tell us your date, venue, and what artists you’re interested in, and we’ll give you real numbers rather than a vague range.

No hidden fees and no surprises. Your quote already includes flights, full sound and lighting production, and our crew. Everything we’d bring to a DFW wedding comes with us to the Valley. Anything specific to your date or venue will be spelled out on your quote up front, not added on after you sign.

Popular Phoenix and Scottsdale dates, especially October through April when the Valley’s outdoor wedding season is in full swing, often book 12 or even 18 months out. But don’t panic! If your date is sooner, ask anyway. Since we own multiple bands, we can often say yes when a single band can’t.

We can usually place a courtesy hold on a date for 24-48 hours while you decide. Officially reserving a band or DJ takes a signed contract and retainer. Speak with a sales team member to check your date.

Yes, and if you’re ever in Dallas, you should! We host live showcases at our private theater in Addison where you can watch the bands perform full sets before you decide. We know that’s not realistic for every Phoenix or Scottsdale couple, though. If you can’t make the trip, we keep a full video catalog for every band. Just visit each band’s page or scroll up to see demos right here on this page.

We offer all three, and none is the “right” answer by default. It depends on a lot of things: your venue, your crowd, and the vibe you’re imagining. Understanding the differences is the key to finding the best match. A live band brings energy and interactivity that a playlist just can’t match. A DJ gives you a non-stop flow of music and the ability to request any song in the world. Our Hybrid band blends both together for a completely one-of-a-kind feel. Tell us about your day.
